On May 7 of this year, we participated in the monthly site visit to the Regional Specialty Hospital of Ciudad Juárez, aimed at supervising the progress of the construction work.
Following the visit, a working meeting was held with all the entities involved in the project to review topics related to the execution of the assigned budget, the progress percentage in meeting the delivery timelines and commitments for each phase, the staff selection mechanisms, as well as the pending procedures and administrative processes.
It was highlighted that close coordination and joint efforts among key partners will be essential to ensure that this project delivers the greatest possible benefit for the region.
