Our story
CODER Juárez se constituye como Asociación Civil el 7 de marzo de 2016 bajo la denominación de Consejo de Desarrollo Económico Regional, en conformidad con lo estipulado en la Ley de Desarrollo y Fomento Económico del Estado de Chihuahua (Art. 24). En 2020 se renueva con la participación de 13 ciudadanos Juarenses comprometidos con el desarrollo regional y la de aliados estratégicos, representantes de la 4.ª hélice, buscando impulsar 13 proyectos regionales de gran impacto para la región.
Desde su origen, CODER Juárez , se ha consolidado como un organismo neutral que articula esfuerzos de la iniciativa privada, academia, sociedad civil y gobiernos, posicionándose como un referente en la planeación y gestión de proyectos de impacto regional.
En 2025 inicia un nuevo ciclo con proyección hacia 2030, reforzando su estructura y gobernanza para responder a los retos del desarrollo económico de la región fronteriza.

Turn Ciudad Juarez into a more competitive region by 2030, articulating at least 10 high-impact strategic projects that improve the quality of life of all its inhabitants.

Coder Juarez it currently accompanies 11 strategic projects that seek to have a positive impact on the future of the region. These projects are aligned with the needs of the regional ecosystem and have leadership distributed among the government, business organizations, academia and civil society. Coder is not the owner of the projects, but rather a guardian who accompanies his progress and works on the management and generation of strategic alliances to promote their development and ensure their continuity, strengthening the conditions so that they become tangible results.
