About us
Our story
Coder Juarez was constituted as a Civil Association on March 7, 2016 under the name of Regional Economic Development Council, in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Development and Economic Development of the State of Chihuahua (Art. 24). In 2020, it is renewed with the participation of 13 Juarense citizens committed to regional development and that of strategic allies, representatives of the 4th propeller, seeking to promote 13 regional projects with great impact for the region.
From its origin Coder Juarez, has been consolidated as a neutral body that articulates efforts of private initiative, academia, civil society and governments, positioning itself as a benchmark in the planning and management of regional impact projects.
In 2025, a new cycle began with a projection towards 2030, reinforcing its structure and governance to respond to the challenges of economic development in the border region.

Coder Juarez it currently accompanies 11 strategic projects that seek to have a positive impact on the future of the region. These projects are aligned with the needs of the regional ecosystem and have leadership distributed among the government, business organizations, academia and civil society. Coder is not the owner of the projects, but rather a guardian who accompanies his progress and works on the management and generation of strategic alliances to promote their development and ensure their continuity, strengthening the conditions so that they become tangible results.
