Canadian Consulate meets with Coder Juárez

Last Thursday, May 4, we received a visit from representatives of the Consulate of Canada, the Consul General of Canada for the Northwest Zone of Mexico, Sandra Shaddick, and the International Trade Minister of the Government of Canada, Frederick Caldwell.

They were given a presentation of what the Coder is and its objectives, as well as the projects that are being followed up. Some interesting indicators of our city that are generated day by day to measure and be able to improve in all areas were also commented.

The issue of the phenomenon of nearshoring and the impacts on the local economy was discussed, the strengths that distinguish our city such as the manufacturing industry, its strategic border position, were discussed.

Coder Juárez seeks opportunities to promote initiatives and projects that enhance the quality of life and development of our region and its inhabitants.
