This Tuesday, CODER Juárez had the honor of welcoming U.S. Consul Rafael Foley and Gilberto Torres Vela, Economic Affairs Officer, from the U.S. Consulate in Ciudad Juárez.
During this meeting, we had the opportunity to discuss key topics relevant to our binational region. The dialogue allowed us to share perspectives and develop ideas that will lead to action plans aimed at advancing crucial areas that directly impact the quality of life of all who contribute daily to the growth of our region.
