Last May 8 the Coder Juarez held the work table “Juarez advances: more city, less paperwork”, in coordination with the Municipal Government of Juarez, through the Director Coordinator, Mtro. Enrique Licon Chavez.
During this meeting, the heads of the business chambers and different organizations of the region were presented with the progress, benefits and achievements achieved through the implementation of the regulatory improvement in the different municipal dependencies, specifically in the simplification and digitization of procedures and services. These actions are part of a comprehensive municipal strategy aimed at strengthening government efficiency and improving the experience of citizens and entrepreneurs in their interaction with the local government.
As part of the session, an invitation was extended to the different business chambers and organizations present to carry out a mapping process within their institutions regarding the procedures they carry out before the municipal agencies. This dynamic will allow identifying areas of opportunity for its simplification, as well as receiving specific proposals, which will be reviewed and analyzed jointly with the municipal public servants entrusted for said work.
From Coder Juárez, we recognize and appreciate the commitment of the Municipal Government In this effort, as well as the willingness of the representatives of the business chambers and organizations to contribute with ideas and proposals that promote regulatory improvement in our city.
