“Successor Leaders Incubator: Sensitive Leadership” Program

From Coder Juárez we promote an initiative that goes beyond traditional training, the Successor Leaders Incubator: Sensitive Leadership. This program accompanied young people between 19 and 30 years old in a deep, reflective and strategic training process, designed not only to understand the situation in which they are in Ciudad Juárez, but so that they can actively influence their environment.

As part of this experience, nine intensive sessions, equivalent to 27 hours of work, which took place on Tuesdays and Thursdays of July. in them, 29 young leaders, representatives of 18 business, social and higher education organizations, They addressed key issues such as territorial analysis, ethical leadership, artificial intelligence applied to projects, and the value of information for decision-making. From the beginning, each session had the purpose of arousing critical thinking, reinforcing citizen co-responsibility and promoting collaboration between the economic, social, academic and public sectors.

We want to express our special thanks to cehlider, Social training center that collaborated with Coder Juárez in the generation of the contents of the program. His career was key to integrating the social approach within the topics that were exposed to the participants.

In a complementary way, the business approach was consolidated with two activities that enriched the learning of the attendees:

“From reality: a conversation for leadership in training”

One of the most significant moments of this initiative was this conversation, where outstanding voices from the business and social sectors shared their vision of the challenges facing our city. His message was clear: leading with purpose and in collaboration is essential to build a stronger, more inclusive and competitive city. We appreciate the participation of: Lic. Carlos A. Noé Hernández (Canacar / Noe Number One Expedite), Mtra. Erika Corral Ortega (Index Juárez / Wera Customs Agents), Lic. Francisco Moreno Villafuerte (Trifolium / Municipality of Ciudad Juárez), Mtro. Mario Juárez (Chihuahua Global EDC), Lic. Norma Yadira Lozano Fernández (date) and Ing. Javier Acosta (Mechatronics AI).

“Work tables with experts”.

Motivated by the reflections of the conversation, the young people went to the next stage: propose proposals to real problems. To do this, multidisciplinary teams were formed, integrating the talent of different participating organizations. This diversity allowed the creation of solid projects aligned with the true needs of the environment. The work tables were guided by committed experts, who provided mentoring and accompaniment, including Dr. Lisbeily Domínguez Ruvalcaba, president of the Chihuahua node of the MX Global Network; Lic. Laura Duarte, Executive of Chihuahua Global; Dr. Tomás Jesús Cuevas Contreras, President of the National College of Turismologists; Lic. Ana Balbina Macías, State Coordinator of Strategic Alliances of DADAC; and Lic. José Cuautle, President of the Coalition of Carriers.
For the closing of the program, held on July 25, 2025, the director of Coder Juárez, Lic. Claudia García, gave the welcome message to all the young leaders, representatives of the organizations that were part of the incubator, as well as to guests special. The heads of the strengthening project by Coder Juárez were the Mtro. Omar Saucedo Macías and Dr. Jesús Andrade Sánchez. It was Dr. Andrade Sánchez who addressed a few words of recognition to all the participants for their dedication and the work carried out, giving way to the presentation of the projects that the young leaders developed during the work tables, where they addressed fundamental axes for the strengthening of the region.

Young people highlighted solutions to improve foreign trade from the perspective of transport and customs; They proposed strategies to promote the sense of community belonging and identity; They designed models of youth councils to promote active participation in innovation and development issues, and promoted initiatives to strengthen local suppliers as an economic engine. Each proposal was a sample of the vision and collaboration capacity of this new generation of leaders.
During the event, an emotional video was shared that reflected the most significant moments: urban tours, workshops, talks and collaborative spaces.

Also, there were special mentions to recognize the support of organizations such as ICatech, which awarded 100 scholarships for a course specialized in leadership and artificial intelligence. In addition, the collaboration of the municipal government to carry out a tourist tour of the city and the sponsorship of Trifolium, which offered the graduation trip to the Samalayuca dunes for the participants of the program.
