Presentation of the Initiative IMPACT 2030

Thursday August 21, within the agenda of our 47th Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors, We had the presentation of the initiative impacts 2030, A project that seeks to address the main social challenges of the southeast of Ciudad Juárez.

The meeting attended Sergio Meza, Strategic Plan Director; Juan Carlos Orrantia, Chairman of the Local Council of Datingac; Raul de Leon, President of FICOSEC North Zone; Jaime Garcia de la Rosa, Coordinator of the FICOSEC Citizen Observatory; Christina Touche, Vice President of Codech and Arturo Morales Aguirre, Strategy Coordinator Impact 2030.

The initiative has its origin in the results of various working groups that brought together civil society organizations, community leaders, as well as public and private actors.. Its main objective is to build a comprehensive social agenda that addresses various problems in the fields of social capital, education, health, security and justice.

During the session, some of the projects in which IMPACT 2030 It contemplates making significant investments, with the purpose of generating a positive and tangible impact on the community. The participants agreed that collaboration between the economic, educational, social and government sectors will be essential to achieve the objectives and guarantee the success of the strategy in the long term.

From Coder Juarez, We recognize the value of this project as an effort that strengthens social cohesion. We reiterate our willingness to work together in actions that promote a better quality of life for Juarenses.
