5th Ordinary Assembly Coder Juárez

Today, August 29, the Fifth Ordinary Assembly of the Juárez Regional Economic Development Council 2023 was carried out, in these assemblies it seeks to socialize advances in projects Aligned to the coder.

To start, Lic. Claudia García, director of Coder Juárez, welcomed those attending this great event. As hosts were the incoming and outgoing president, Lic. Humberto Álvarez Quevedo and Ing. Dagoberto Cedillos respectively; On behalf of the Federal Government, there was the presence of Ing. Juan Carlos Loera de la Rosa, Federal Delegate for the Development of the State of Chihuahua and the Consul General of Mexico in El Paso, C. Mauricio Ibarra Ponce de León; Likewise, by the State Government, Dr. Oscar Ibáñez, Undersecretary of the Representative of the Government of the State in Ciudad Juárez, Ing. Gilberto Loya by the Ministry of Public Security, He also attended the Mtro. Ulises Fernández, Undersecretary of Innovation, Competitiveness and Business Development, as well as the Technical Secretary of the Codech representing in this Administration by Mtro. Luis Ernesto Lopezechavarría. In representation of Municipal Government, Lic. Cruz Pérez Cuellar was attended by the municipal president, as part of her administration, the head of the Coordination of Advisors was accompanied by Dr. Daniela González, the director of Economic Development, Lic. Iván Antonio Pérez, the Coordination of Projects and the Director of the IMIP Dr. Roberto Mora. On the part of business organizations were the presidents and directors of the different organizations of the different sectors of the city such as: CCE, Coparmex, Index, Canadevi, DECJ, Association of hotels and motels, customs, Cracar, Canacar, coalition of carriers, canacintra, among others, as well as

Representatives of the Academy and Training Organizations such as , ITESM, CIITA, CIA, CEHLIDER. On the binational side were representatives of the Border Authority of New Mexico, the American Consulate, as well as the representatives of the binational part of the municipal and state government.

During the event, the new President Lic. Humberto Álvarez Quevedo protested, as well as the new Board of Directors, Lic. Isabel Sánchez, in turn Representative of FICOSEC North Zone Raúl de Léon in his capacity as President of this body that joins the Expanded Council of the Coder.

Following up on the initiatives aligned with the efforts of Coder Juárez, the progress of the projects presented above was reviewed and important projects were exposed by the hand of its detonators, project leaders such were: Platform Strategy Sentinel, presented by the Secretary of Public Security of the State of Chihuahua, Ing. The remodeling project of the Historic Center was presented by Dr. Daniela González, Coordinator of Advisors of the Municipal Government, a macro-project that, since its initial presentation in Previous assemblies, today approximately 70% advance, the facades project for the city center was exposed, which in collaboration with the UACJ seeks to improve and Image of this geographical sector of the city.

As new projects were presented: The project: Remodeling of the quarantine presented by Ellic. Álvaro Bustillos, who showed statistical data of the great economic impact in the sector. regional and national livestock in economic matters and consequently in the improvement of quality of life, technically it addressed the improvements in the issue of infrastructure, conditioning, expansion of facilities and increase in its capacity in order to better use, such as a TIF and certified slaughterhouse A packer that will affect a binational economic benefit.

As the last project, the State Fund for Science, Technology and Innovation was presented, in charge of the Mtro. At the closing of the presentations of the projects and initiatives, the Director of CODER gave the floor for a conclusion message to the authorities of the three orders of government that accompanied the 5th Ordinary Assembly and as a closing activity who highlighted and They celebrated the work in alienation, calling, monitoring and connection of the coder in the projects in which it has been involved.

At the end of this assembly, the new president of the organization for the period 2023-2025 Humberto Álvarez Quevedo, thanked the support received from the Council director, reiterated the commitment of the agency to be participating and managing in favor of the projects aligned with the Council and I invite everyone to join the Work meetings that have been made more and more constant to the extent that Coder Juárez has become the council in which everyone fits.
